Racing games normally offer a thrill which is unrivaled with the entertainment value offered also difficult to match. The racing game gets you started in the garage and you are offered four options. You can opt to start your career with the car type selected, you can go for a race against time with the time trial feature, you can buy a new car (out of 15 wonderful choices) if you have the coins in the 'My Cars' section or you can opt for one of many customization options offered in the 'Customize' section. The customize section lets you play with the car's body paint, body kits, rims, tires, and spoilers. You can get them with whichever car you use to race in order to bring a more stylish look to the car you race with.

The racing game offers two options in the Career Mode. The first option is the Story Mode where you will be given challenges against AI racing bots in different arenas and at different difficulty levels... There are a total of four mission locations including Japan, Abu Dhabi, Rio, and Iceland. Japan is the only unlocked location at the start of the game. Each location has one specific track with each location offering 14 missions. Each mission puts you against one nemesis which is normally a character from the Fast & Furious franchise. The second option is the Online mode where you can basically compete against a number of online players playing the game. The game connects you to the server with this option and puts you against any random human user also searching for an opponent. While the game should normally pit you against racers at the same experience level, the game's algorithm simply pits you against whoever's available. There is also no option of playing against a specific friend and these are features whose addition may very well improve the game even further.

Furious Racing controls are basic, to say the least. You have the brakes and direction buttons on the screen while you can choose between the accelerator button or your phone's tilt feature for moving the card in the forward direction. NOS is normally picked during the race and you can use it as and when needed by simply tapping on the NOS button at the mid-left part of the screen.

Furious Racing is an engaging racing game with multiple tracks, missions, and cars available. The added touch of Fast & Furious characters also works. While the app's multiplayer game leaves a lot to be desired, the story mode offers a satisfying racing experience.
